delivers orders to the United States and Canada. BatteryXtender.com
ships most orders within 2-3 business days from the date BatteryXtender.com
receives them, the exception being, orders received after
3pm EST Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing
first thing Monday morning. In the event your order cannot
be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and
informed of the reason for the delay. You will receive an
e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped as
a confirmation of shipment.
Return
Policy...
The
BatteryXtender.com return policy is simple. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
within 30 days, from date of purchase, for a full refund,
credit or replacement excluding handling fees and any shipping
fee if charged for International orders. To return a product
simply call our customer service department at (954)
578-6909 to obtain a Return Merchandise Autorization
(RMA) number at any time between 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern
time. When you call for the RMA, we will generate a return
label and send it to your e-mail address. Once you've received
the e-mail, simply print out the return label, affix it to
your package and send it to us using a traceable shipper.
As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the
package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable
source such as the United Postal Service using delivery confirmation.
Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the
appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued.
If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival
to process the credit.
